I follow a simple 4 step approach initially:
Advice from an expert committed to your business success
I will undertake a complete review of your organisation and operation to fully understand the business model, your current strategy, the status of the business (including finances) and the key challenges and issues.
After the review is performed I will generate a number of recommendations together with a risk profile. We will then meet to discuss the Business Review and the Recommendations.
Plan of Action
After analysing the Business Review and Recommendations we will agree on a plan of action which will detail priorities, risks, required work deliverables, timelines, accountabilities, resources required together with cost to implement and the planned outcomes.
Delivery & Transition
I will assist with the delivery of the action plan and help transition the organisation and operation to its new state. During this step I will be supporting the CEO and the whole team.
